The obverse of the coin features the Coat of Arms of the Republic of Lithuania with the inscriptions 10 LITŲ (10 litas) and LIETUVA (Lithuania) below it.
The reverse of the coin displays a globe divided in half. Between the halves of the globe, below the centre of the coin, a running sportsman carrying a torch is displayed, with the logo of the Fifth World Lithuanian Sports Games above the sportsman. The inscriptions PENKTOSIOS PASAULIO LIETUVIŲ SPORTO ŽAIDYNĖS (the Fifth World Lithuanian Sports Games) and 1995 are arranged around it.
